GlobalTrust through it’s active engagement and stewardship with the businesses and entrepreneurs help in the growth and scaling of these social enterprises to successful exits.
Our Investment Thesis
We are looking to fund large-cap projects with a high potential for Enterprise Value Growth. The projects we seek provide economic impact in the communities they are built. We want to establish long-term trusted relationships with principles and credit-worthy government leaders that we enter a long-term funding relationship with.
GlobalTrust Impact Capital is a dynamic, mission-driven private equity and global advisory firm. GlobalTrust is focused on bringing to the international markets a series of private equity funds that we will be introducing in early 2024 for – Limited Partnership (LP Investors) Our new funds will all be Thematic and in the Alternative Asset Investment Class. GlobalTrust Impact Capital – Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) Funds will all be registered as REG D, 506 C funds that will be registered through governing authorities here in the United States. Our funds will have oversight by Securities Exchange Communication (SEC) and third-party administrators to ensure compliance and accredited investor suitability.
Through modern portfolio theory, each of our new funds will be portfolio constructed to accept LP – Limited Partnership interests in the thematic fund that meets and aligns with the investor’s interest. All of the GlobalTrust funds are focused upon the portfolio companies being in the Alternative Asset Investment Class, which in most cases will involve investment in Large-Cap and modernization projects, such as hydrogen and renewable energy projects, such as large wind and solar energy farms.
